摘 要

针对农业高大经济林，一般病虫防治机具在高度上无法达到进行有效防治。且经济林内操作空间有限，无法采用大型喷雾机具。因此设计一种便携背负式，即可喷雾也可喷粉的多用途的病虫防治机具以适应经济林的病虫害防治要求。

背负式高射程喷雾喷粉机是一种高效益、多用途的植保机械，可进行弥雾、喷粉、撒颗粒、喷烟、喷火、超低容量喷雾等作业。适应农林作物的病虫害防治、除草、卫生防疫、消灭仓储害虫以及喷撒颗粒肥料及小粒种子喷撒播种等,具有作业喷雾量可调丶结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、一机多用丶射程高丶喷撒均匀、操作方便等特点^[2-3]。

离心风机作为背负式高射程喷雾喷粉机的重要组成部分之一，背负喷雾喷粉机上所使用的离心风机均为小型高速离心风机。气流由叶轮轴向进入风机，获得能量后的高速气流沿叶轮圆周切线方向流出。

背负式高射程喷雾喷粉机通过小型高速离心风机、供药泵可以满足高大林木防治病虫害的要求。背负式高射程喷雾喷粉机是我国国内病虫害防治设备中的一种新型高效、节水、环保设备，并已经推广应用到全国森林病虫害防治工作中，技术成熟完善^[17]。

In view of the agricultural economic forest tall, general pest management tools in height cannot reach for effective prevention and control.And the economic forest operating space is limited, can't use large sprayers.So the design of a portable knapsack, can spray powder in the multipurpose pest management tools to adapt to the economic forest pest control requirements.
Knapsack mist duster is a cost-effective, multipurpose plant protection machinery, can be spray mist, powder, granule, smoke, flame and ultra-low volume spraying operations.The adaptation of crops diseases and insect pests prevention and control, weed control, health and epidemic prevention and elimination of storage pests and spray granulated fertilizer and small seed spray seeding, with adjustable amount of homework spray, compact structure, small volume, light weight, high multi-usage, range, spray evenly, easy to operate etc..
Centrifugal fan as a knapsack one of an important part of the spray powder machine, bear spray powder spraying machine used in the centrifugal fan are for small high-speed centrifugal fan.Air flow from the impeller shaft to enter fan, gain energy after high-speed airflow along the circumference of a circle impeller tangent direction.
