摘 要

本次毕业设计的课题是临床医用药剂用瓶注塑模设计,即设计一副注塑模具来实现临床医用药剂用瓶的自动化大批大量生产。设计时要求先对设计方案、性能结构参数进行分析论证;而后进行工艺性分析、标准化分析及可行性、经济性分析。分析制件结构、设计成型零部件和浇注系统、解决导向问题、确定分型抽芯机构及顶出装置、冷却加热系统和排气系统的设计等。要求设计的塑料模在确保制件要求的质量的前提下,总的结构经济合理、分型面的选择适当、制件的横向分型抽芯及顶出可靠,并妥善解决模具冷却或加热及排气问题;模具结构紧凑;维护方便。同时,在设计过程中,通过查阅大量资料、手册、标准、期刊等,结合教材上的知识我也对注塑模具的组成结构(成型零部件、浇注系统、导向部分、推出机构、排气系统、温度调节系统)有了系统的认识,拓宽了我的视野,丰富了知识,为将来独立完成模具设计积累了一定的经验。

The Plastic injection mold design of Clinical medical reagent bottle

Abstract

The graduation design topic is the plastic injection mold design of clinical medical reagent bottle.It means that I need to design a pair of injection mold to realize the automation of mass production of clinical medical reagent bottle.I need to analyze the design scheme, the structure of the performance parameters before the start of the design; then analyze the manufacturability, standardization, feasibility and economy. Analyze the structure, design, molding parts and casting parts system, solve the problem of orientation, determine the parting core-pulling mechanism and ejection device, cooling heating system and the design of the exhaust system, etc. It demands the design of plastic mould under in ensuring product quality, the overall structure is economic and reasonable, parting surface choose appropriate, parts of horizontal parting core-pulling and ejection and reliable, and properly solve the problem of mold cooling or heating and exhaust. It also demands the mould structure is compact and maintenance is convenient. In the process of design, through consulting a large number of data, manuals, standards, journals, etc,and combine the book knowledge, I have a systemic understanding of the composition of injection mold structure(molding parts, pouring system, guiding parts, launch mechanism, exhaust system, temperature regulating system).It also broaden my horizons and enrich my knowledge.Through the graduation design I accumulate certain experience for completeing the mold design independently in the future.
