摘 要
全自动热收缩包装机采用自动封口和切断,封口时将产品手工放到位后只需点动启动开关即可自动完成封口过程,也可由时间控制器控制定时封口,切断后产品自动输送出到收缩炉道里。出炉即完成一个循环操作,等待进入下一个循环过程。国外企业一般使用数字控制系统控制,加工精度高,产品一致性好,但是设备成本太高。而用了可编程序控制器(PLC)为控制元件的控制系统,设计成本低,又能保证产品加工质量,以满足生产需要。而且PLC具有通用性强、使用方便、适应性广、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、编程简单等特点,非常适合于现代化的自动控制领域。本文主要介绍了PLC对电动机自动控制,比较具体的阐述了PLC的工作原理及过程,让读者能对PLC有个更加全面的认识。

Abstract
The Fully automatic heat shrink packaging machine is adapt an automatic and cut off, put the product handicraft good enough behind need to order to start a switch to automatically complete a process, can also the controller from time control in fixed time, the product automatically transports a to constringency stove after cutting off way inside.Come out to namely complete a circulating operation, wait for into the next and circulating process.Most of the external enterprises use the system which is controlled by number. Its processing is higher, and the products’ uniformity is good. But the cost of the equipment is too high. Thus we have used the system which is controlled by the programmable controller (PLC). Its design cost is low, and it could guarantee the processing quality of the product. So it can meet the production requirement. And PLC is provided with well universal, convenient to be used, wide adjustability, high security, strong ability of anti-jamming, easy to program and so on. PLC is wide used in the domain of the modern automation. In this study, I mostly introduced how to control the electromotor by PLC. And rather concretely to expound the work-principle and process of PLC, then make reader have a more comprehensive cognition with PLC.
