车刀刃磨机液压系统设计毕业论文

摘 要

车刀刃磨机进行自动磨削操作的机床。设备液压系统主要涉及的是液压系统的设计与计算,包括:集成块零件与装配设计、液压站的装配设计以及液压缸与油箱等部件的设计与计算等等。本课题应用CAD制图代替传统手绘,图纸更加精确。同时采用集成块设计,缩短了开发周期,易于修改。在设计的过程中根据相关设计参数获取相关数据,并参考有关专业资料,吸取前人的设计经验,并根据客观实际和掌握的知识加以改进,最终在指导老师的帮助下完成车刀刃磨机液压系统的整个设计。

本课题所设计的液压系统采用2.5MPa的系统压力,不仅简化了整个集成块以及液压系统的设计,而且设计出的液压系统易于维修、操作安全、结构简单、移动方便、成本低廉。

DESIGN OF HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF LATHE TOOL SHARPENING MACHINE

ABSTRACT

The title of this subject is the design of hydraulic system of lathe tool sharpening machine. The main part of hydraulic system are design and calculation of hydraulic system. They are include design of integrated block parts and assembly, hydraulic station and the units of hydraulic cylinder and tank. This subject uses CAD drawings instead of traditional drawings, making it more accurate. Also, it adopts integrated block design, cutting down the development cycle and becoming easier for modify. According the relevant parameters to access relevant data during the process of design, and consulting lots of domestic and foreign data, the subject finally finished in the help of guiding professor.

This design of hydraulic system uses 2.5 MPa system pressures, so as to simplify the whole design of integrated block and hydraulic system, and have more advantages such as easy for maintenance, safer operation and simple construction, low cost and convenient to move.
