基于SolidWorks的双导轨拔模机设计毕业论文

摘 要

自动拔模机是最近几年开始流行的一种专用机床,随着人力成本的提高以及企业对生产安全和拔模精度的愈发重视,自动拔模机已开始逐步替代人工拔模。本课题利用SolidWorks拟设计一套双导轨拔模机,对双导轨拔模机的研究意义和目的作了综合介绍,阐述双导轨自动拔模机的基础构造、基本原理、应用场合以及面临的问题等,并利用计算机辅助制造技术对双导轨拔模机进行建模、装配、仿真。

设计中使用三维设计软件SolidWorks对双导轨拔模机进行零件建模、整机装配以及干涉检查,使用动画仿真和爆炸图等方式,直观的显示双导轨拔模机的机械结构和拔模过程,并根据本科所学的课程内容,进一步完成电机、油缸以及各类传感器的选型、安装和调试。

通过将现代化的三维建模软件与机械设计相结合,为产品的设计及开发提供了一个崭新的、高效的方法。通过虚拟样机代替物理样机对设计对象进行测验、改进、评估,达到缩短产品的设计周期,降低开发的成本,提高产品的质量,适应客户和市场需求的目的。

ABSTRACT

Automatic draft machine is a kind of special machine, becoming popular in recent years. With the increase of the human cost and more attention enterprise pays to production safety and accuracy of draft, automatic draft machine has begun to gradually replace manual draft. This paper uses SolidWorks to design a kind of double guide rail draft machine, introducing comprehensive meaning and purpose of the double guide rail draft machine, stating the basic structure, basic principle, applications and problems of the double guide rail draft machine. By using computer aided design technology, finishing the modeling, assembly and simulation of the double guide rail draft machine.

In this design, by using a 3d design software called SolidWorks, to carry out modeling, machine assembly and interference checking of the double guide rail draft machine, by using the function of animation simulation and explosion figure, to show the mechanical structure and the draft process of the double guide rail draft machine explicitly, and according to the courses of undergraduate, to further complete the selection, installation and commissioning of motor, oil cylinder and sensors.

By the combination of modern three-dimensional modeling software and mechanical design, to provide a new and efficient method of product design and development, by carrying out testing, improvement and evaluation with the virtual prototype instead of the physical prototype, to achieve goals of shortening product design cycle, reducing the cost of development, improving the quality of the products and meeting the needs of customers and market
