一种热熔胶包装机的结构设计及有限元分析毕业论文

摘 要

热熔胶包装机是化工热熔胶包装应用的重要设备。本次设计的热熔胶包装机为了方便热熔胶的储存和运输,热熔胶包装机在高温流体状态下(200℃)用离子胶把热熔胶包敷起来,形成类“香肠”状态,然后在冷水中瞬间冷却,在没有完全凝固下被切断成一个个类“枕头”包形状,从而方便运输存储。因此对热熔胶包装机有更高的要求:1.离子胶包敷层要求均匀,以避免在储存过程中出现破包现象。2.离子质量不能超过整个枕头包质量的1/10,以避免影响热熔胶的使用效果。即要求环状出口的离子层厚度和压力均匀。

论文在热熔胶包装机结构的结构设计的基础上,对热熔胶包装机的结构进行优化。为此,论文基于Fluent流体分析软件,首先用SOLIDWORKS软件构建热熔胶包装机的三维流场模型,然后用Fluent模拟热熔胶包装机的流场,然后通过仿真分析结果发现现有模型的缺点,最后改进结构设计继续模拟流场。论文主要完成以下研究工作:

(1)根据热熔胶高温下可被离子胶包敷起来的特性,进行热熔胶包装机共挤头的结构设计。

(2)利用SOLIDWORKS软件建立热熔胶包装机共挤头的三维模型;利用Fluent-Meshing软件对模型划分网格并定义出入口边界;利用Fluent软件对热熔胶包装机进行模拟分析。

(3)对利用Fluent进行流体分析的结果进行后处理,得到论文需要的相关数据:流场入口出口以及边界的压力轮廓图,速度矢量图等。

(4)根据Fluent分析数据得出:由于热熔胶包装机共挤头的结构模拟出的流场数据显示,模拟的出口流场的压力分布不能达到理论要求。本文对热熔胶的模型进行再次的优化调整,得到理想的结果。

利用计算机辅助分析技术来进行热熔胶包装机的优化设计,能够加快热熔胶包装机的研制步伐,同时也能降低设计成本,也可以为后续研制改进热熔胶包装机机提供参考依据。

Structural design and finite element analysis of hot melt adhesive packaging machine

ABSTRACT

Hot melt adhesive packaging machine is an important equipment in the application of chemical hot melt adhesive packaging. The hot melt adhesive packaging machine is designed to facilitate the storage and transportation of hot melt adhesive. Hot melt adhesive packaging machine compress hot melt adhesive with ion glue in high temperature fluid state (200℃),form a kind of "sausage" state,and then cool in cold water instantly,and be cut into a type of "pillow" bag under no complete solidification. Therefore,the hot-melt adhesive packaging machine has higher requirements: 1. ionic adhesive coating is uniform,in order to avoid the phenomenon of breaking in storage. 2. the quality of the ion can not exceed the 1/10 of the whole pillow bag to avoid affecting the use of hot melt adhesive. That is,the thickness and pressure of the ion layer of the annular outlet are uniform.

Based on the structure design of hot melt adhesive packaging machine,the structure of hot melt adhesive packaging machine is optimized. Based on the Fluent fluid analysis software,the paper first constructs the three-dimensional flow field model of the hot melt adhesive packaging machine with the SOLIDWORKS software,then uses Fluent to simulate the flow field of the hot melt adhesive packaging machine,and then finds the shortcomings of the existing model through the simulation analysis results,and finally improves the structure design to simulate the flow field,thus achieving the overall situation. This paper is to optimize the structure design and finite element analysis of hot melt adhesive packaging machine. The paper mainly completes the following research work:

(1) According to the characteristics of hot melt adhesive that can be coated by ionic adhesive at high temperature,the structure design of the co extrusion head of hot melt adhesive packaging machine is carried out.

(2) The 3D model of hot melt adhesive packaging machine is established by using SOLIDWORKS software; the grid is divided by Fluent-Meshing software and the entrance boundary is defined. The parameters and steps of the simulation analysis of hot melt adhesive packaging machine are set by using Fluent software, and the hot melt adhesive packaging machine is simulated and analyzed with the soft parts of Fluent.

(3) After processing the results of fluid analysis using Fluent,the relevant data required by the paper are obtained: flow exit of the flow field,pressure contour map of the boundary,velocity vector diagram,etc.

(4) According to the Fluent analysis data,it is found that the flow field data of the coextrusion head of the hot melt adhesive packaging machine shows that the pressure distribution of the simulated outlet flow field can not reach the theoretical requirement. In this paper,the model of hot melt adhesive is adjusted again and again,and the ideal result is obtained.

The use of computer aided analysis technology to optimize the design of hot melt adhesive packaging machine can accelerate the development of hot melt adhesive packaging machine,at the same time,it can also reduce the design cost, and can also provide reference for the follow-up research and improvement of hot melt adhesive packaging machine.
