S195机体顶面6孔组合钻床及夹具设计毕业论文

摘 要

组合机床是一种能够在一次加工中完成多道工步的加工装置,通常是由大部分的通用零部件加上少量的专用零件组合而成的,可完成多轴、多刀等同时加工的任务,现如今因为其极高的生产效率而被广泛用于与各大制造业。本课题是基于柴油机体设计专用组合钻床,目的在于提高大批量生产柴油机的工作效率,提高加工精度,节约生产成本。

本次设计的组合钻床,完成对柴油机体顶面6孔的加工。对于柴油机体的设计与制造,在加工其顶面6孔时,需在对机体熟悉的情况下设计出一台组合机床以及该机体专用的夹具,不仅要保证其大批量生产时的工作效率及加工精度,更要考虑其加工的经济可行性。根据S195机体工序图选择刀具设计需完成加工示意图、主轴箱图、夹具图、夹具体图以及机床联系尺寸图。

Abstract

A combinatorial machine tool is a processing device that can complete multiple steps in a single process. It is usually a combination of most common parts and a small number of special parts. It can complete multi-axis, multi-knife, and other simultaneous processing tasks., Today it is widely used in major manufacturing industries because of its extremely high production efficiency. The purpose of this thesis is to improve the working efficiency, machining precision and production cost of diesel engine.

The design of the combined drilling machine to complete the diesel engine top face 6 holes processing. For the design and manufacture of a diesel engine body, when processing its top 6 holes, it is necessary to design a combination machine tool and a special fixture for the machine body under the condition of familiarity with the body, not only to ensure the working efficiency and processing accuracy of the mass production., Consider the economic feasibility of its processing. According to the S195 process diagram, the cutter design needs to complete the machining diagram, the spindle box diagram, the fixture diagram, the clip concrete diagram, and the machine tool contact size diagram.
