管道清淤机器人系统设计毕业论文

摘 要

城市管道系统是一个城市的根本,管道系统的正常运行保障着城市的稳定运行,城市雨水和污水中含有各种复杂成分的污物,非常容易在地下雨污水排水管网中沉积并形成淤泥。管道系统出问题会引发一连串的连锁问题,城市内涝排污溢出,严重影响居民的日常生活和出行,因此经常清理管道保持管道通常是必要的,目前国内主流清理方法仍旧是依靠人工清理,由于地下管道的复杂性,出了主管道能由人进入进行梳理,还存在大量小管径清理人员无法进入,这种清淤作业方式整体效率低,同时存在很大的作业安全隐患。,严重到只能强行破开进行清理,影响城市运行,因此对于已经出现各种各样的机器人,清理的、探测的,本文研制了一种以钻头钻孔为借鉴的机器这类不适合人工清理的场合采用机器人作业能节省很多工作量且非常有效。

机器人代替人工是目前发展主流,也是世界制造业的主流,目前市面上人,利用钻式工作头能快速清理淤积两侧高压喷头将剩余的淤积物冲击到中间,再配合强劲清淤泵吸取清理出来的淤泥,所研制的机器人采用履带式行走装置两根履带配合顶部两根轮式稳定器保证了机器人在管道中的稳定性,以及遇到硬积物时能强行破除,履带的强大摩擦力也给了机器人稳定前进的动力,可调节的稳定杆和工作平台也使机器人能在不同管径下工作。

本文对机器人各项设计及创新部分进行了系统阐述,以及在过往设计比较中对比出优劣,并且将机器人三维装配图安装出示。

ABSTRACT

The urban pipeline system is the foundation of a city. The normal operation of the pipeline system guarantees the stable operation of the city. The urban rainwater and sewage contain various complicated pollutants, which are very easy to deposit and form sludge in the underground rainwater drainage network. Problems in the pipeline system will lead to a series of chain problems. The city's internal sewage discharge overflows, seriously affecting the daily life and travel of the residents. Therefore, it is usually necessary to clean the pipelines to maintain the pipelines. At present, the mainstream domestic cleaning methods still rely on manual cleaning, due to underground pipelines. The complexity of the main pipeline can be combed by people, and there are still a large number of small diameter cleaning personnel can not enter, the overall efficiency of this dredging operation is low, and there are great operational safety hazards. It is so serious that it can only be forcibly opened for cleaning and affects the operation of the city. Therefore, the use of robotic operations for such unsuitable manual cleaning can save a lot of work and is very effective.

Robot replacement is the mainstream of current development, and it is also the mainstream of the world's manufacturing industry. At present, various robots have been appeared on the market, cleaned and detected. This paper has developed a robot that uses drill bit drilling as a reference. The working head can quickly clean the high-pressure nozzles on both sides of the silt to impact the remaining sludge into the middle, and then absorb the cleaned sludge with the powerful dredging pump. The robot developed uses the crawler-type walking device with two crawlers and the top two wheels. The machine ensures the stability of the robot in the pipeline, and can be forcibly broken when encountering hard deposits. The strong friction of the crawler also gives the robot a stable forward movement. The adjustable stabilizer bar and working platform also enable the robot to be in different tubes. Work under the path.

  This paper systematically expounds the various design and innovation parts of the robot, and compares the advantages and disadvantages in the past design comparison, and installs the robot 3D assembly drawing.

1 绪论

1.1研究的目的及意义

随着我国城市化进程的推进,城市地下管网也成为生活中重要的组成部分,排水管道不仅承担着城市的生活污水以及雨水的运输,还承担着各种企业的生产污水,而城市管网系统就像城市的血管一样重要,城市地下排水管道一旦堵塞,严重时形成内涝,房屋街道被淹,威胁城市居民的生命财产安全,造成企事业单位巨大经济损失,所以需要进行清淤疏通作业。排水管道不仅面临着堵塞风险,很多城市地下管道建造较早,管道也面临着老化以及年久失修的风险。

正如每年广东等地每到梅雨季节都会爆发水灾,严重损害了人民群众的财产,甚至造成人员伤亡,反观青岛上世纪德国人造的地下排水系统到现在仍旧运行,保证城市管道的畅通运行是对城市和居民生命财产的保证。
