文氏管洗涤器的结构与性能分析毕业论文

摘 要

文氏管洗涤器作为除尘、降温过程中的一个重要化工设备,已被广泛利用于许多行业之中,属于湿式除尘器中的一种。由于硫酸的生产、发电厂工作以及冶金过程中会产生大量的含尘烟气,直接排放会对空气造成不可控的影响,文氏管能够净化废气中的固体颗粒污染物也能脱除气态污染物,同时具有降温的作用,并且文氏管还具有设备投资少、结构简单、净化效率高的特点。因此文氏管洗涤器在高温烟气的降温和除尘,如硫酸工业炼铁高炉以及发电厂除尘设备中得到广泛的应用。因此对文氏管的结构进行分析设计以此选择与生产能力的相匹配并且能够提高硫酸品质的工艺是硫酸制造中是十分重要的。

本文针对硫酸工业净化工段中的这一重要环节使用的除尘设备——文氏管洗涤器进行理论计算设计分析并3D建模。通过阅读参考文献对文氏管洗涤器的整体结构进行设计分析。从内喷文氏管工作原理入手,参考文氏管洗涤器尺寸设计方法,严格按照有关国家标准,设计出适用于设计条件的文氏管洗涤器。通过理论计算出的设备尺寸再利用Proe5.0三维建模软件对文氏管洗涤器的零部件进行建模和装配。

Analysis of structure and performance of venturi scrubber

ABSTRACT

As an important chemical equipment in the process of dust removal and cooling, the venturi scrubber has been widely used in many industries and is one of the wet dust collectors. Since a large amount of dusty flue gas is generated during the production of sulfuric acid, direct discharge can have an uncontrollable effect on the air. The venturi can purify the solid particulate pollutants in the exhaust gas and also remove the gaseous pollutants, and has a cooling temperature. The function, and the venturi tube has the characteristics of less equipment investment, simple structure and high purification efficiency. Therefore, it is widely used in the cooling and dust removal of high-temperature flue gas, such as the sulfuric acid industrial ironmaking blast furnace. Therefore, the analysis of the structure and properties of the venturi to select a process that matches the production capacity and can improve the quality of the sulfuric acid is crucial in the manufacture of sulfuric acid.

In this paper, the dust removal equipment used in this important part of the sulfuric acid industrial purification section, the venturi scrubber, is theoretically designed and analyzed and 3D modeled. Through the analysis of the overall structure of the venturi scrubber, starting from the working principle of the inner spray venturi, with reference to the venturi scrubber size design method, the venturi wash suitable for the design conditions is designed in strict accordance with the relevant national standards. Device. Through the theoretical calculation of the equipment size, the Proe 3D modeling software was used to model and assemble the components of the venturi scrubber. Finally, the performance of the venturi software was simulated and analyzed.
