便携式竹材采伐机设计毕业论文

摘 要

毛竹是中国传统经营竹种。有着“适应性强,分布广”、“养殖强、易栽培”、“生长快,成才早,易成林”、“材性好,用途广,功能全,价位高”等特点。因此研发竹林经营设备是提高竹林经营效率、降低经营成本、增加农民收入的关键。针对毛竹切口形状与承受冲击力的关系进行实验,对现有一些毛竹采伐设备进行改进创新,构想新一代的便携式竹材采伐机。

目前国内用于采伐竹材的设备种类不多,由于毛竹生长在山区和丘陵地带,大部分地区经济发展和经营理念较为落后,仍采用砍刀、锯子等单一的机械设备进行毛竹采伐,机械化水平低,效率低。现在市场上已经有采伐毛竹的油锯,虽然提高了采伐效率,但是不利于人工操作,毛竹需要从根部进行采伐,采伐者需要弯腰进行水平切割,由于年龄5~6年的毛竹直径约为150mm,油锯单向的采伐还不足以将毛竹切断,需要左右两次进行切割,降低了采伐效率。采伐后的毛竹滑落山体是难免会遇到石块等硬物,实验发现平口的毛竹受到冲击力容易破裂,而楔形切口的毛竹能承受较大的冲击力。

综合考虑以上条件和因素,研究设计一种双锯片手提立式毛竹采伐机,利用小型汽油机作为动力源,通过传动机构,带动锯链进行采伐。本文对以上机构进行了比较、分析、结构设计及功能说明[1]

Portable bamboo harvesting machine

ABSTRACT

Bamboo is a traditional Chinese plant。It has many advantages like“Stronge adaptability,wide distribution ", "farming is strong, easy cultivation", "fast growth, early talent,easily into the forest ", "good material, widely used, full functions, high price", etc.The research and development of bamboo forest management equipment is the key to improve bamboo forest management efficiency, reduce management cost and increase farmers’ incomes. Make an experiment about the relationship between notch shape of bamboo and the impact.Improve the bamboo forest management equipment and create new portable bamboo cutting machine.

At present,there are few kinds of bamboo harvesting equipment.Because bamboo grown in the mountainous or hilly areas, most regional economic development and business philosophy are droped behind.So people Still using machetes, saws and other machinery and equipment for a single bamboo harvesting.Which lead to Low level of mechanization, low efficiency.There are already harvesting bamboo chain saw on the market, although improved cutting efficiency, but not conducive to manual operation.Bamboo needs to be harvested from the root, loggers need to bend horizontally cut, due to the age of 5 to 6 years of bamboo diameter of about 150mm, chain saw one-way bamboo harvesting is not enough to cut, it takes about two cuts, lower the harvesting efficiency.After the fall harvest bamboo mountain is inevitably encounter stones and other hard objects, it was found flat bamboo easily broken by the impact, and the wedge cut bamboo can withstand a greater impact.

Considering the above conditions and factors, the study design a two-blade portable vertical bamboo cutting machine, the use of small gasoline engine as a power source, through a transmission mechanism, driven chain saw cutting. This paper compares the above institutions, analysis, design and function description.
