摘 要

现在社会信息发展迅速，在解决了人类的温饱问题之后，一方面因为生活方面和工作方面的压力逐渐增加，另一方面因为人们的消费水平提高，对身体健康情况额关注，使得许多的居民的身体正处于亚健康的状态，为了满足居民的健康需求，在家里足不出户就能锻炼身体，家庭健身器材就受到广泛的关注和购买，怎样的设计才能锻炼人民群众的身体，实现健身器材和健身者之间的融洽的匹配关系。庞大的需求量推动了中国健身器材行业快速发展与崛起，家庭健身的器材从问世以来有怎样的发展和和应用。为了研究家用健身器材在国内的外的发展和运用状态，我们通过已经学习到的知识和老师教导的方法，深入市场调查和网上查阅资料，结合社会经验，对本课题进行了探讨。

本论文从家用健身器材的发展与运用的概念出发，系统阐述了国内外家用健身器材的发展概况和存在的问题等。接着通过研究波特五力模型和SWOT矩阵分析家用健身器材的行业竞争关系和产业特点。根据总在结家用健身器材行业的一些问题，进行策略比较分析，完善我国家用健身器材行业发展，从而优化家用健身器材持续发展的建议。另外本文还分类概括了家用健身器材的种类和运用，对器材的实用性，品种，选购做出的归纳整理，具体还分析的最常见的家用健身器材跑步机的原理和结构，并对其进行分析。
