一种林木种子精选机的设计毕业论文

摘 要

林木种子的质量是保证林木生长质量的基础,为了提高林木生长的质量与效率,我们须要采用各种先进设备来精选林木种子。过去,人们在选择林木种子的过程中,由于受到当时条件的限制,导致林木种子的选择存在很多问题。据此,随着技术水平的提高,我国引进了先进的林木种子精选设备,并通过不断创新来研制适应我国国情的林木种子精选设备,通过新设备的引进与利用,有效的提高了林木种子的质量,促进了林业企业的健康发展。

以此为背景,本次毕业设计对种子精选这个话题,查阅各种设备信息后使用AUTOCAD等软件,选取人们常见的种子花生、玉米、绿豆进行了种子加工生产线中精选机的设计,其技术指标达到50kg/h的生产率和96%的分选精度。相比传统的筛选方法,该精选机的操作是基于对在机械化,精度和自动化程度大大提高的原理,从而极大地提高了产量和种子质量。

ABSTRACT

The quality of forest tree seed is the basis of forest quality. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of forest growth, we must use all kinds of advanced equipments to select forest tree seed. In the past, the selection of forest tree seeds has many problems due to the restriction of the conditions of the forest tree seed.Accordingly, with improvement of the technical level, our country introduced advanced tree seed selection of equipment, and through continuous innovation to develop to adapt to China's national conditions of tree seed selection of equipment, through the introduction of new equipment and utilization, effectively improves the quality of tree seeds, and promote the healthy development of Forestry Enterprises.

Under such a background, this graduation design for seed processing and selection of the subject, reference a variety of equipment, materials, and use of AutoCAD and other modern tools software, select people common seeds of mung bean seeds finish machining production line in the selection of machine design and its technology refers to the standard to the sorting accuracy of 50kg/h productivity and 96%. Compared to the traditional screening methods, this based on the principle of winnowing were work processing machines in mechanical, machining precision and the degree of automation has been greatly enhanced. Thus, the yield and quality of the seed finishing products are greatly improved.
