机械停车库的传动设计毕业论文

摘 要

在对国内外车库现状及发展趋势做了充分调研的基础上,以较为典型的升降横移式机械立体车库为研究对象,选择三层三列式升降横移式立体车库结构作为研究对象。综合考虑立体车库制造成本和运行安全的双重因素。简单介绍了机械立体车库的主体结构和特点,对车库的传动控制系统也作了简单的说明,依据升降横移式机械立体车库的运行原理,运用机械设计相关知识进行了一系列传动方案的设计,包括提升系统的传动设计,横移系统的传动设计,还运用力学理论对升降横移式立体车库的结构进行了力学分析,包括升降横移式立体车库的框架结构的强度、横移传动系统中轴的强度和升降传动系统中轴的强度等。为了使停车设备满足使用要求,根据国家关于机械式停车设备通用安全要求的标准、升降横移式立体车库的实际,在升降横移式立体车库中使用了一些必要的安全技术,这样保证了车辆的绝对安全,使得整个车库可以安全平稳的运行。

Abstract

 Information structure for the use and reuse of mechanical analysis models in engineering design.At present, in the industrial environment, cost and delay reduction, and improvement in quality is the main interest of engineering design. Therefore, in order to make a decision as soon as possible, according to the specific product amp; reg; cation, mechanical analysis of the use of more and more, as early as in the engineering process. Then, this paper expounds the several mechanical models in engineering design and management - difficulties appear engineering change or special amp; reg; cationic evolution. In addition, when the designer is faced with the design or the styling options, previous analysis can answer choice decision. Then, the previous analysis must be envisaged. In this paper, the purpose and the use of different embodied in the design of mechanical analysis. Later. Different levels of model by the designer in the process of engineering design is proposed. A special type of analysis, namely ` teaching "is determined amp; reg; ed stressed in further steps and content reuse their interests. Finally, the paper put forward the information structure in the engineering design, to allow for the mechanical analysis of heavy use.

1.绪论

1.1课题研究的目的及意义

目的:随着城市的发展,人口的增长及人们生活水平的提高,汽车这一现代化的交通具与日剧增,停车难成为困扰城市发展的一大难题。为了解决这一难题,所以我要设计一种简单的升降横移式立体车库来解决这一难题。

意义:机械立体式停车库的广泛使用成为了解决停车难这一问题的有效途径之一。机械立体车库,凭借其高效的空间利用率,便捷的操控控制系统,以及良好的使用性能,越来越受到市场的青睐。目前市场上常见的机械式立体车库有:升降横移类,垂直循环类,多层循环类,水平循环类,平面移动类,垂直升降类和简易升降类等等,其中升降横移类以其结构简单、操作方便、安全可靠、造价低等优点在国内停车市场库中占有绝对优势的市场份额。
