链传动计算机辅助设计毕业论文

摘 要

链传动因其结构简单、经济、可靠,广泛应用于机械动力传动中。但其设计需要查表和曲线图来选择参数,进行数学计算,工作繁琐,而且要进行大量的重复性劳动。用计算机进行辅助设计,整个设计过程只需输入设计中的原始数据即传动功率、大小链轮转速、传动用途、载荷性质以及原动机种类,就可以一次完成链传动设计。采用计算机辅助链传动的设计,是减轻计算工作强度、提高计算效率、确保计算的正确性与合理性的最好方法。另外,随着科学技术的迅速发展,特别是计算机技术的广泛应用,一些新的设计理论和方法正在逐渐进入机械设计领域。机械设计是生产机械产品的第一道工序,设计质量的高低,直接影响机械产品的技术水平和经济效益,因此,机械设计的过程是设计-评价-再设计的反复过程。传统的设计方法主要是人工进行资料检索、手工设计计算和绘图,往往凭借设计人员的经验和知识以及大量的手册资料图表,需要较多的人力和较长的设计周期。有时为了节省人力和缩短设计周期,对于一些复杂的分析计算,不得不采用精度较低的近似简化计算、图解法或者类比法,显然会影响设计质量。用现代机械设计方法替代传统的常规设计方法已势在必行,缩短设计周期、提高设计质量、改进设计技术及方法已成为当前机械设计的必然趋势。带、圆柱齿轮传动及减速器作为机械传动的主要形式,在各类机器中获得了广泛的应用。利用计算机辅助设计方法设计链传动对缩短设计周期、提高设计质量具有重要的应用价值。

Computer aided design of chain drive

ABSTRACT

Because of its simple structure, economy and reliability, it is widely used in mechanical power transmission. But its design needs to look up the table and graph to choose the parameter, carries on the mathematics computation, the work is tedious, moreover must carry on the massive repetition work. Using computer aided design, the entire design process only need to input the original data in the design of transmission power, size sprocket speed, transmission utility, the character of the load and original motivation types, you can once complete the design of the chain driving. The design of computer aided chain drive is the best way to reduce the intensity of the calculation, to improve the efficiency and to ensure the correctness and rationality of the calculation. In addition, with the rapid development of science and technology, especially the wide application of computer technology, some new design theories and methods are gradually entering the field of mechanical design. Mechanical design is the first process in the production of mechanical products, the level of design quality, a direct impact on the technological level and economic benefits of mechanical products. Therefore, the process of mechanical design is a repeated process of design evaluation redesign. The traditional design method is mainly manual information retrieval and manual design calculation and drawing, often with the experience and knowledge of designers and a lot of manual data charts and need more manpower and longer design cycle. Sometimes in order to save manpower and shorten the design cycle, for some complex analysis, we have to use the lower accuracy of approximate simplified calculation, graphic method or analog method, it will obviously affect the quality of design. It is imperative to replace the conventional design method with the modern mechanical design method. It has become the inevitable trend of the current mechanical design to shorten the design cycle, improve the design quality and improve the design technology and method. The belt, the cylindrical gear transmission and the gear reducer as the main form of the mechanical transmission, has obtained the widespread application in each kind of machine. Using computer aided design method to design chain drive has important application value to shorten design cycle and improve design quality.
