摘 要

木材刀具切削试验台能模拟锯链的工作状态,有较宽的切削速度调节范围和进给速度调节范围。由于目前国内外鲜有可同时测量三向力的传感器的报道,多是可同时测量二向力的传感器。本文设计的三向测力传感器主要用于测定锯链切削木材时的三向切削力,即主切削力、进给力和侧向力可用来检验锯链的锋利性、进锯的轻便性、锯链运转的平稳性和锯切效率的高低等;运用NJ0G型转矩转矩转速传感器,精确有效的检测主切削刀轴的转矩、转速;并采用大量虚拟仪器技术及计算机技术对进给速度进行检测。运用光电式位移传感器,避免过去因器材过旧而导致的误差。本文就国内外木材切削机的研究成果,归纳出不同方法不同种类的测试系统,总结出国内外研究状况。并在此基础上分别对设备适用性和通过性进行对比分析,为未来木材切削试验台测试系统设计提供新的可行方案。

Summary for Design of Multi Function Test Bench for

Wood Cutting

ABSTRACT

The The cutting test bench of wood cutting tool can simulate the working state of saw chain, and has a wide range of cutting speed adjustment and feed speed adjustment. At present, there are few reports on the measurement of three direction force sensors in the world, which can be used to measure the force of the two direction simultaneously.

The design of the three to force sensor is mainly used for the determination of saw chain cutting wood of the three direction cutting force, the cutting force and feed force and lateral force can be used to test the sharpness of saw chain, saw in portability, saw chain stability and sawing efficiency; using NJ0G torque speed sensor, torque and rotational speed detection of main cutting knife precision effective axis; and to detect the feed speed by a large number of virtual instrument technology and computer technology. The use of new technology, to avoid the past due to equipment caused by the error of the old. In this paper, the research results of wood cutting machine at home and abroad, summed up the different methods of different types of testing system, summed up the status of research abroad.
