摘 要

本设计是基于工控组态软件MCGS和可编程控制器单元的可调式芯棒输送机监控系统,使用机器输送取代传统的人工进料方式,实现锤柄芯棒快速准确地自动输送。在输送过程中,上位机监控系统通过自动和手动两种方式控制硬件系统的开关和运行;监控界面实时显示芯棒由料箱自动供料、皮带输送、精确落料等每一环节运行;可根据芯棒的规格不同,在上位机界面设置输送速度、输送时间等运行参数;若加工过程中发生故障,会及时声光报警提醒现场工作人员进行检查,确保安全作业。

其中系统硬件设计主要包括PLC的选型、I/O地址分配、PLC硬件I/O接线;系统的软件设计主要是利用GX Developer来完成梯形图的编程与调试;组态界面的设计主要包括用户窗口的建立、实时数据库的建立、运行脚本程序的编写以及主窗口的建立。该监控系统由PLC和工控组态软件相结合方式,操作简单方便,控制准确度高,该系统能够实现对锤柄芯棒进行自动、快速地输送,使得输送效率得到提高,磨削速度大大加快,工人劳动强度能够得到改善,充分保证生产加工安全可靠。

Design of Monitor and Control System for Adjustable Mandrel Conveyor

ABSTRACT

The design is based on industrial control configuration software MCGS and programmable controller unit adjustable mandrel conveyor monitoring system, the use of machine transport instead of the traditional manual feeding method, to achieve rapid and accurate hammer stem rod automatically transported. In the transmission process, the host computer monitoring system through automatic and manual control of the two ways to switch the hardware system and operation; monitoring interface real-time display mandrel from the box automatic feeding, belt conveyor, precision blanking and other operations; According to the different specifications of the mandrel, in the host computer interface to set the transmission speed, delivery time and other operating parameters; if the process of failure, will promptly sound and light alarm to remind the site staff to check to ensure safe operation.

The system hardware design mainly includes PLC selection, I/O address allocation, PLC hardware I/O wiring; system software design is to use GX Developer to complete the ladder programming and debugging; configuration interface design,including users The establishment of the window, the establishment of real-time database, the preparation of the script and the establishment of the main window. The monitoring system is composed of PLC and industrial control configuration software. The operation is simple and convenient, and the control accuracy is high. The system can realize the automatic and rapid transportation of the hammer handle rod, which can greatly improve the conveying efficiency and the subsequent grinding speed , Effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers, and fully guarantee the production and processing safe and reliable.
