袋式除尘器的设计毕业论文

摘 要

如今,随着国家经济的发展,环境问题,尤其是大气污染问题日益严重。对于那些大型企业和工厂而言,使用一种高效又经济的除尘器就显得非常重要。袋式除尘器可以处理极小尘粒的优点使其成为除尘器家族中非常优秀的成员,它完全满足人们在保护环境的同时又追求低成本的需求。

本论文在综合袋式除尘器的发展状况和袋式除尘技术的研究基础上,结合机械振打袋式除尘器的原理和构造,以处理风量为基础,依据袋式除尘器的工作环境,选定滤袋的材料,计算出滤袋的尺寸和个数,并以此为基础,对袋式除尘器的整体框架,包括箱体、储灰斗、风机等进行了设计和计算,同时,为了节约空间和制造成本又方便维修,对袋式除尘器各零部件进行了合理的布局,给出了一个经济且合理的袋式除尘器的设计说明书。

Abstract

Now, with the development of the national economy, the environmental problems, especially the problem of air pollution is becoming increasingly serious. For those large companies and factories, it is very important to use a kind of highly efficient and economic bag filter. The advantage of bag filter is that bag filter can handle very small dust particles, making it a very good member of the family of dust catcher, it fully meet people in the protection of the environment at the same time, the pursuit of low-cost needs.

In this paper, the development of comprehensive bag filter and bag filter removal technology based on the research, combined with the principle and structure of mechanical vibration of bag type dust collector, with air volume based on bag filter working environment, selected bag material, calculate the bag size and number. And on this basis, the overall framework of the bag dust collector includes box, bucket, fan was designed and calculated, at the same time, in order to save space and manufacturing cost and convenient maintenance, the bag filter parts for a reasonable layout, gives an economic and reasonable design specification of the bag filter.

第一章 绪论

1.1课题研究目的和意义

随着近现代工业的迅速发展和世界人口的急剧膨胀,空气污染物的排放急剧增加,加剧了空气的污染,对人类的健康和生活质量造成了极大的危害。因此,治理空气污染,控制大气污染物的排放已经成为了一个亟待解决的社会问题。以含尘废气为例,在工业生产中,各种废气的来源非常广泛,冶金、化工、建筑、炼油、炼焦、合成纤维、电力行业等生产过程中时时刻刻都在产生大量的含尘废气。袋式除尘器作为一种高效除尘设备,目前已经广泛应用于各工业部门,尤其用在钢铁企业。

近年来,随着国民经济的迅速发展以及我国环境保护法的日益严格,袋式除尘器在产量上有了相当大的增长,品种也变得越来越多。一般情况下,在设计工作中要求合理地选定袋式除尘器的基本参数,正确地进行除尘系统的设计。随着我国经济的持续稳健发展,环保法规的日益严格,高炉煤气净化、工业锅炉、采暖锅炉、修筑高速公路时沥青、石子搅拌的高温除尘、除有害气体,以及各种工业炉窑的高温除尘,都是袋式除尘技术今后发展的重点和方向。同时,布袋除尘技术具有设备使用寿命长,效率高,一次性投资省,设备占地小,运行成本及排污收费低等特点,这都将决定袋式除尘器产品必将迎来巨大的发展机遇。
