人造板自动仓储系统机械及控制原理设计毕业论文

摘 要

本课题拟设计的人造板仓储系统,使企业能够建立一个安全、有序、便捷的仓库,从而实现板垛的自动存板、取板、运输等功能,与连续压机进行配套,代替叉车,大大降低生产线的运行费用。人造板自动仓储系统是指不用人工处理就能自动存取人造板的系统,它具有提高物流管理水平与物流运作效率、操作简单、节省占地面积、维护方便快捷等特点。本文在广泛阅读文献资料的基础上,结合生产实际,进行人造板自动仓储系统的设计。

人造板自动仓储系统总的是由机械系统和电气控制系统组成。机械系统主要完成储运小车的设计。电气控制系统主要完成上位机威纶触摸屏的设计、PLC的设计、无线通讯系统的设计。

储运小车作为一种电动有轨的运输车辆,是人造板自动仓储系统核心部分之一。储运小车是由一台横向移动的卫星母车和母车里有一台总向移动的卫星子车组成。在本次设计的过程中,针对卫星母车这一设计任务,进行了机架的设计、传动系统的设计、行走机构的设计、供电系统的设计等工作。而就人造板自动仓储系统卫星子车这一设计任务,进行了子车机架、行走机构、驱动装置、升降系统、供电系统等五部分的设计工作。

该控制系统是基于MT8000触摸屏和PLC相结合设计的,采用工控组态软件EB8000编写上位机控制界面,进行参数的设定、设备的点动操作、整条生产线的运行状态监控,具有较好地人机交互性;采用西门子系列PLC S7-300作为下位机执行部分,用西门子PLC编程软件STEP7进行编程,实现程序控制。上位机与下位机采用以太网通信,因储运小车是实时移动的,所以PLC主从站之间采用了无线通信技术,确保通讯准确可靠,完成控制命令和测试数据的传输。整个系统能够远程控制储运小车电机的运行、停止,使储运小车准确地定位在指定的位置,并能够在上位机实时显示整个工作过程的工作状态,操作界面简单直观,控制精度高,安全性高,实时性好,很大程度上提高了生产效率,满足生产需要。

ABSTRACT

This project intends to design the man-made board warehouse system, which makes the enterprise to establish a safe, orderly and convenient storage, so as to realize the automatic of stack board, board, transportation, and other functions, with continuous pressure machine, instead of forklift, reducing the operation cost of the production line. Automatic Storage Retrieval system based panels refers to the system without manual processing can be automatically stored and retrieved. It has a logistics management and logistics to enhance operational efficiency, simple operation, saving floor space, maintenance convenience features. Based on the extensive reading of literature and the actual production,to design the Automatic Storage Retrieval System of the man-made board.

Automatic Storage Retrieval system based panels consists of mechanical system and electric control system. Mechanical system mainly completed the design of the storage and transportation car. The design of the screen, PLC and the wireless communication system is the task of the electric control system.

As a kind of electric rail transport vehicles, storage and transportation car are the core part of Automatic Storage Retrieval System of man-made board. Storage and transportation car consists of a lateral movement of the satellite mother car and the mother car has a longitudinal motion of satellite car. In the process of this design, on the task for satellite mother car, we carried out the design of the frame, the transmission system, the traveling mechanism and the power supply system, etc . In addition, on the task for satellite car, we carried out the design of the frame, the walking mechanism, the actuating device, the lifting system and the power supply system.

The design of the valve control system is based on the combination of the configuration software EB8000 and PLC. It adopts the configuration software EB8000 to write the super ordinate computer supervising interface for the set of operating parameters and the operation of the equipment and monitoring the running status of the whole production line, and it has the better human-computer interaction. It also adopts the SIEMENS S7-300 series PLC as the lower computer’s operative department, and it also use the SIEMENS PLC programming software STEP7 to program in order to achieve the programming control. The super ordinate computer and the lower computer use the Ethernet to communicate, in addition, the transportation of the vehicle is real-time so between the PLC master station and slave station adopt the wireless communication technology, which can ensure that communications are accurate and reliable, and complete the transmission of control commands and test data. The whole system can control the storage and transportation car to realize the motor stopped or running, so the storage and transportation vehicle can locate at the specified location accurately. In addition to, it can display the working status of the whole process in the super ordinate computer timely, the supervising interface of the system is simple and intuitive, the precision of control and security is high, it can improve the production efficiency greatly, and all of the characteristics are enough to meet the production needs.
